Larry Olmsted is the author of the New York Times bestseller, Real Food Fake Food: Why You Don’t Know What You’re Eating & What You Can Do About It and the restaurant columnist for USA Today. An award-winning journalist, he has published thousands of articles in prominent magazines, newspapers, and digital publications worldwide. A columnist for, Larry also teaches Nonfiction Creative Writing to graduate students at Dartmouth College, has spoken at SXSW, and is a frequent guest expert on food topics on national television shows.
