Dr. Tandy Aye is a Pediatric Endocrinologist at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford and is the Medical Director of their Pediatric and Adolescent Gender Clinic. This multidisciplinary clinic provides pediatric endocrinology, urology, psychiatry and psychology, general and plastic surgery and adolescent medicine and gynecology support to families and patients. Dr. Aye’s research examines the impact of hormones on the developing brain, bone and body composition particularly in peri-adolescents who are undergoing medical therapy.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins and medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. Upon finishing her residency at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, she completed her fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children’s before her faculty position at Stanford University School of Medicine.
